I am a huge admirer of Todd Glass and was honored that he took the time to make the goofy video for my blog.
I have no words for how much I respect him for this:
Well-respected veteran comedian Todd Glass announced he was gay on today’s episode of WTF with Marc Maron. After a relatively short introduction, wherein Maron tells his listeners that Glass, 47, wanted to come on the show to say something important, the announcement was made. “He decided that this was the place to do it,” Maron said at the top of the interview. Glass then jokes that he was just there to promote his own podcast. “I thought you were gay,” Maron responds. “I have a very hard time saying that,” Glass responds after Maron suggests the comedian actually say it, himself. “And don’t get this wrong. I don’t want anyone to be ashamed of who they are—especially younger people. I always hated using that term and that’s partly why I’ve always been sympathetic to people who don’t [want to be labeled certain things]. I hate that word. But I like it better than the other word—homosexual.” “I’m saying what a lot of people already knew,” he explains, adding that it’s not going to become his entire act, but at least he can be honest with his friends now and maybe reference the fact he’s gay onstage. Later on the show, Glass says he came out to his parents 15 years ago. He also told comedian Louis C.K. a few months ago. Glass also says his best friend, comedian Jimmy Dore has known. One of the main reasons Glass, who says he’s been in a relationship for 15 years, cites as to why he decided to come out on Maron’s hugely popular show is the sense of guilt he’s been feeling, having read so many news stories about gay youths committing suicide over their sexuality. “I cannot listen to stories about kids killing themselves any longer and not [think] ‘when are you going to have a little blood on your shirt for not being honest about who you are?’” he says adding, “I can’t do this any longer.”You can listen to the entire episode here.

Have a wonderful year!

My cousin mocks “The Situation” constantly, so my brother bought him a “The Situation” ornament to hang on his Christmas tree.
But before we could hang it on his tree we realized that once out of the package it just looked like a gay guy.
I think I’ll get one for myself for next year.
Fist Pump!

I tweeted this as a joke:
Not one minute after, this happened:
Please notice that –
1. They thought I was serious and agreed with my statement.
2. The number of people they are following.
So I replied with this:
They haven’t unfollowed me yet so I’m crossing my fingers for a second date!

While going through my camera I found a video my brother made.
I’ve got a fever… and the only prescription is a good Walken impression.
